I patched with Oliver Neukums patch (whitch made two failures while patching. I corrected it manually - 2 positions were incorrect) the 2.6.31.4 kernel. See txt file line 25 and 80 (please its not for patching )for further informations.

The linux-image and -headers now working with the proposed 1000 from Alan Stern.

It works properly in that issue here but the fan is working permanent.
