In karmic, I even cannot connect to the internet by using other than RNDIS (Wireless & Wired LAN) if:
1. I use "Automatic (DHCP)"
2. I type my router's address for my DNS server using "Automatic (DHCP) addresses only", or
3. I don't type a custom DNS address (Currently using 202.134.0.155 when typing this)

this problem didn't occur at all in Jaunty, and I've reinstalled Karmic for about 3 times but no luck at all

any suggestions? seems like everyone has abandoned this report. Sorry, but please answer. Thanks
