Yes, it was OK, after it lsinput output contain:
/dev/input/event8
   bustype : BUS_HOST
   vendor : 0x1
   product : 0x1
   version : 256
   name : "Panasonic Laptop Support"
   phys : "panasonic/hkey0"
   bits ev : EV_SYN EV_KEY

Yap, now all keys work, but it seems that FN-keys that already works before now produces 2 appropriate events at one keypress :(
