Apparently, inserting a CDROM into the cd drive fixes this issue for me. The cpu drops to 2-4% when I do this (even an empty DVD-R will do the trick).

After ejecting it, the CPU will go back to 20-40%.

Can I submit anything to enable someone to find a fix?
