Hrm, the apport-collect command didn't seem to attach what I expected it to. Care to instead test the latest Karmic release since it contains a newer 2.6.31 based kernel and let us know your results. Assuming the issue remains, could you then try re-running apport-collect but use:

apport-collect -p linux 34902

Also, ISO CD images for Karmic can be found at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/karmic/ . Thanks!
