Can confirm on EEEPC 901 with 9.04 RC.

rt_ioctl_giwscan. 4(4) BSS returned, data->length = 486
rt_ioctl_siwfreq::SIOCSIWFREQ[cmd=0x8b04] (Channel=8)

CTRL-EVENT-SCAN-RESULTS
Trying to associate with xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx (SSID='xx' freq=2447 MHz)
Authentication with xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx timed out.

Worked perfectly with Ubuntu 8.10
