I fixed it. Don't know what did it, but these are the 3 things I've done:

 - $ sudo rmmod pcspkr

 - Added 'blacklist pcspkr' to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

 - $ gconftool-2 --type bool --set /apps/metacity/general/audible_bell False
