Kernel from http://people.ubuntu.com/~smb/bug326891/ solved my problem with Intel LittleFalls (aka D945GCLF, BIOS LF94510J.86A.0150.2009.0210.0006). Surprising fact is that no Ibex kernel (starting from the one on pre-release version) worked here properly - network card was dead even with 2.6.27-7.
