That is completely ridiculous. Nda is a PERSONAL binding contract, If you are not under a nda yourself and you obtain infos that bind someone, no one can do anything to you, the infos are not protected by a patent, can't be anymore, no action can be taken against a third part using those info. NONE.
Now, the person who didn't respect the nda can be sued, but if no one knows who that was and the first party of the contract doesn't take action...WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ???
the only shadow on that is that the author of hdaps wants to remain anonymous...why would anyone do that if he has nothing to hide ? Probably not all is known
But my doubts stay.
