Comment 12 for bug 288148

I've just "lost" my wireless and grabbed linux-backports-modules-intrepid as suggested. This has restore *a* module with the name ath5k, but I can hardly see my router from just a few feet away, whereas I've never previously had trouble with whatever you guys just removed.

I imagine everyone's experience will vary, so you may be stuck between a rock and a hard place, but I personally would really like to get back to where I was the other day!
