I have a HP Pavilion dv4-1414la, installed the packages at
https://launchpad.net/~fingerprint/+archive/fingerprint-gui
and the reader isn't recognized as expected since isn't in the supported devices list.

lsusb says: Bus 005 Device 003: ID 138a:0001 DigitalPersona, Inc Fingeprint Reader

Anyway, you remembered me that this winter I must support free software with money. Have a nice new year!
