The x86 32-bit package is now available from:

http://tjworld.net/ubuntu/bugs/lp284377/

Download the .deb packages and then install using:

sudo dpkg -i linux-image-2.6.28-11-generic_2.6.28-11.38lp284377v1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-2.6.28-11-generic_2.6.28-11.38lp284377v1_i386.deb
