Perhaps this can help others loosing their wireless on Samsung Q1 after returning from suspend or hibernate.

The idea is to run "sudo iwconfig wifi0 up" when returning from suspend.
Another solution that worked for me is this one:

That just adds: SUSPEND_
to the file: /etc/pm/
