According to several user reports, kernel 2.6.27-8 fixes only a part of the problem. For instance on my system, keyboard is not locked after changing brightness but the dialogue still doesn't appear.
Is it good to mark issue fixed when it is fully fixed only for several users? Shouldn't we mark it after it is fully fixed for every user?
