UPDATE - Problem Solved ( at least for me )...

I put radeonhd video driver instead of Update-Manager chosen driver.
It works.

But the problem is still HOT because the Update-Manager ( during upgrade process ) don't recognize my RadeonHD so he chose for me a wrong driver >>> then the blank screen and the rest ....

If this will be not solved ...a lot of Ubuntu Hardy machines (with RadeonHD) ..upgrading to Ibex will have the same problem.
