I think there might be two bugs here. Something regarding bonding, which I've seen on our Dell machines with Centos 5 too.

And then a general cpu softlock problem, which I'm also experiencing with Hardy as a Xen guest - that I think is Xen related (I see it come up with various processes - whatever is busy really).
