Hi Anthony,

The git now officially contains the 0049 patch:
debian/binary-custom.d/openvz/patchset/0049-ubuntu-specific-fgetstat-virtinfo-notifier.patch

So you don't need to download it and drop it in the folder. Run:
ls -al debian/binary-custom.d/openvz/patchset/
and make sure that there are no duplicate patches. You should see patches from 0001 to 0050 and only one from each. As the Ubuntu kernel team adds these patches to the ubuntu git the old instructions get outdated.

I mentioned to add the 0050-0052 patches, but as of today 0050 is already part of the git, so you only need to add 0051-0052
