It's because a patch for inodes didn't make it into the kernel. The bug was discussed in this page [read back and you'll find the same complaint], but there's also another bug report just for it. You can patch it by yourself, it's incredibly easy. The patch file starts with 0049 and you copy it to debian/binary-custom.d/openvz/patchset, then compile. I'm at work now, so I can't give you all the details.
