So with a:
PLEXTOR PX-740A -> can't boot
Matsushita SR-8584-B -> can't boot

but with a :
Traxdata CDD4911/45 -> i can boot ! :)

This is definitively a kernel bug. Some cd/dvd/reader are not well initialised by the kernel.
