I'm sorry, for taking so long to respond.

I do not have any logs, since they cannot be written to my hard drive in the event of failure. (The SSD is my only hard drive and it can no longer be accessed.)

But the error messages are something like:

EXT4-fs error (device nvme0n1p2): ext4_find_entry:1463: inode #12059331: comm NetworkManager: reading directory lblock 0

Basically the only things that change are the specific inode numbers and what I assume is the process name.
