I also get dropped to BusyBox (initramfs) after doing network upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10. Before upgrading, the 7.10 live CD worked fine. Now, starting with 2.6.20-16 instead of 2.6.22-14 works ok. This is with ASUS Z62FM laptop, Core 2 Duo, and System76 drivers installed.
