I am running jaunty 32 bit as well and have a logitech quickcam fusion that works fully under windows, however, only the mic works in jaunty. The clicking/ticking sound is steady ever half second on my machine. Audio is very clearly recorded and transmitted with skype, but the overlaying sound is quite disturbing though.
