Fixed the problem by adding

SND_PCI_QUIRK(0x103c, 0x30cf, "HP DV9553EG", CXT5045_LAPTOP),

to patch_conexant.c in alsa-drivers.

Made a bugreport in the alsa bugtracker, too. Hope this will get into upstream next few days/weeks
