So you didn't boot into the precise kernel.

When your server boots up, you'll need to enter grub (press shift),
and select "Advanced options for Ubuntu", then select the kernel that says:
"Ubuntu, with Linux 3.2.0-34-generic"

You can verify this worked correctly after boot by typing : "uname -r" and observing the kernel version.

After you've verified this then test.
