I agree with Ubuntu Tofu.

- Network is up.
- Terratec Cynergy 400 does not (using saa7134).
- No nVidia driver available (to select).
- Sound is ok.

I have reportet a similar problem : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24/+bug/220380 regarding the network card.
