Hi,

I can confirm that after installing linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-16-generic_2.6.24-16.23ubuntu2 from http://ppa.launchpad.net/stefan-bader-canonical/ubuntu/ my systems boots without problems and my TV card Pinnacle PCTV (saa7134) works perfectly.
Nvidia driver is in linux-restricted-modules and it works too.
