I am having the same issue. It only happens on my PC with a TV capture card (PCHDTV 5500). I have attached my dmesg output as well. My workaround is to use the old kernel (I accidentally filed a duplicate bug thinking it was initially related to HAL, I some more comments in that page: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/213746).
