With 2.6.28 series kernel I found "Warning! ehci_hcd should always be loaded before uhci_hcd and ohci_hcd, not after" in output of `dmesg` so I rmmoded all *_hcd modules and modprobed them in correct order. So far the problem seems to be gone (testing 2 days). Can anyone confirm?
