I have the nVidia chipset in an Asus A8N5X motherboard. I had to turn off USB 2.0 support in the bios to work around this bug.

Since it does not sound like a resolution for this bug is to be expected soon, I think I will purchase a new motherboard. How can I find out which motherboards will *not* have this problem? Thank you.
