You changed the status to "fix released"... However I haven't seen any relevant update so far, not even in gutsy-proposed. On my 64-bit system the bug still exists. (Still have to test it on 32-bit)

Was a fix actually released? I mean you aren't even a member of the kernel team, why did you change the status? Just because it 'Works For You'?
