Additional Info:
When i use echo -n -1 > /sys/... paramters/autosuspend AND unloaded ehci with modprobe -r ehci_hcd i get the same errors as with
echo -n 2 > /sys/.. /parameters/autosuspend with ehci_hcd loaded, the only option that works for me is:

echo -n 2 > /sys/.../autosuspend and an unloaded ehci_hcd .
