Yes I can confirm that this is not a cd-drive fail. The computer is just 2 months old and is havin DVD+drive + additiona DVD reader. Have tried from both and I am having the same error message. I am just having one Dell machine so can't verify if the same problem is on other machine. Is there someone else I can do to help discovering the nature of the problem?
