The following works on my NEXOC OSIRIS E619 with Kubuntu 7.10:

sudo modprobe -r sdhci
sudo setpci -s 0e:06.0 0xCA=0x57
sudo setpci -s 0e:06.0 0xCB=0x02
sudo setpci -s 0e:06.0 0xCA=0x00
sudo modprobe sdhci
