Webcam confirmed non-working for 9.04.
I tried https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.20/+bug/87054/comments/22
both replacing and not replacing 'intrepid' with 'jaunty'. I've only tested with Cheese.
