Basically it's asking to run the error through mcelog as its a hardware problem, but I can assure you it definately isn't!!
This laptop isn't even 2 weeks old, and 2 days after buying it I tried the Intrepid release at that time Alpha 5 i think, might have been the RC not sure.

To clarify:

HARDWARE ERROR

This is not a software problem!
Run through mcelog --ascii to decode and contact your hardware vendor
Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine check
