Upgraded to 2.6.27-9-generic. The cam: ID 0c45:62e0 Microdia now works with the uvcvideo module as opposed to the patched gspca modulue.

Cheese works.
Camorama does not
Gyachi does not
Skype works with LD_PRELOAD...v4l2convert.so...
