We have some reports for that problem for versions 3.5.1 and later for Linux and WIN.

May be we have a second problem what is not fixed by the fix here? If there is no evidence that the fix does not work se should close this Bug again and continue discussion concerning latest problem under "Bug 48528 - FILEOPEN: no documents in Recent Documents list" (or similar)
