I have just experienced this bug without AMD hardware. So this is nothing spcecific to AMD processor. users-admin is a completely broken piece of rubbish! The system is hosed after using it and can't even reboot. That a bug like this can exist is bad enough (is there so little testing done prior to release?) but no solution to it since Hardy's release is unacceptable!
