After some more trying I found that the "Error: DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" message is not due to seahorse but to quickly unmounting and remounting shares (I'll report another bug for it) and that the smb mount 100% cpu problem seems solved for me.
