Well its a bit different with Hebrew because of the following rule:

One item should be enumerated differently than few items

Example:
One item in Hebrew would be: "Item one"
Whilst few items would be: "2 items" (same way as in English)

Hebrew example:
שעה - Hour
אחת - One (female)

Instead of writing "אחת שעה" which is the incorrect order we use "שעה אחת"
which is the correct form of representing the Hebrew equivalent to the term
"1 hour"

When it comes to larger numbers (n>=2) the rules are the same but they
differ when you deal with one item (n=1) so its exactly a single item and we
have a special rule for it
