Comment 50 for bug 124987

Russian language standards allow several different ways to write months, both abbreviations and roman numerals are allowed, so we can choose any of them.
Using dots after month abbreviation is not regulated by GOST, it's absolutely up to us, and I agree that now it looks awful.
