Oh-oh-oh, after a couple of unsleepy nights it seems bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/276476 triggers this problem. When all tasks are freazed in IO freebsd raises DMA timeout and then reboots soon.

Anyway I can easy trigger this problem. No solution yet :(((
