italian translations for krita seem to use obsolete translations

Switching in Italian due it's an Italian Issue, my apologies to non It speakers.

Luciano, che ci segnala il problema, è un traduttore KDE upstream. Questa mattina ho importato il file di krita che mi ha gentilmente passato. Aspettando che la coda degli import smaltisca dovrebbe essere a posto.

Ci sarebbe da fare un controllo in giro in quanto pare che diversi po di koffice non siano importati correttamente, ovvero a versioni upstream vecchie o che qualcosa nell'ultimo import sia andato male.

I restanti file po di koffice sono recuperabili con (ringrazio ancora Luciano per le indicazioni):

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/tags/koffice/1.6.3/koffice-l10n/it/

Inoltro il link a questo bug report alla Mailing List italiana per conoscenza.

La segnalazione si riferisce solo a Feisty?

Il problema può essere dato dal fatto che la versione di Feisty è la 1.6.2, mentre quella che prendi via SVN è la 1.6.3, che è in backport per Feisty.... non so quindi se sia un vero e proprio bug, dipende se è stata aggiornata anche la traduzione della 1.6.2 upstream e se sì, quando...

Il link si riferisce alla 1.6.3 in quanto mi scrive Luciano "La documentazione ed i messaggi non sono cambiati tanto dalla 1.6.2, è solo
stato corretto qualche refuso e qualche fuzzy.".

Aspettiamo che ci risponda lui cosi' ti chiarisce meglio la cosa.

Capita con la 1.6.2 e 1.6.3, con feisty e gutsy. In realtà, anche la 1.6.2
dovrebbe avere "livelli" invece di strati, quindi dev'esserci stato qualche
problema di importazione.

The issues are still present with gutsy beta (updated from feisty).
The translations for krita are still outdated. Is anybody working on this issue?

i worked on it past 18/6/2007 as you can check here (http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/GruppoTraduzione/RosettaToDo#head-81b42bffa64a57fe3695738369fa735bb5868988).
All strings was updated except two where there's an error i forwarded to kde-it mailing list. This error must be correct first in code and then in pot file.

Are you referring to this two stings or there's a problem on update from feisty->gusty who need manual working?

I did not try a fresh install, but currently, the exact same problems I reported are present in the krita (Strato instead o Livelli).
Actually, the other localizaton bug is still there (Same shortcut in the logout screen for "Sospendi" and "Spegni").
So either there are problems updating translations with with upgrades from feisty to gutsy, or the messages have not been updated...
Or I have stale packages around, but I am not sure how to check.

I just submitted po for Gusty's Krita. Looking on the strigns dates seems that po i upload on edgy was discarded on Gusty, probably for the two errors who i talked in the mail.

Let's wait import queue to complete the process and then we'll check again.

is this problem still present?

Quick check in Krita 1:1.6.3-7ubuntu6 in Jaunty. It seems ok, I found "Livelli" and not "strati" as reported before.

Solved in Jaunty, changing status to Fix release.
