Actually, the changelog entry needs to be updated:
1. the kubuntu_01_fix_desktop_file.diff patch does not remove any items.
2. Also I just ran desktop-file-validate on the desktop file from Debian, and I do not get any warnings, ie. it is already valid.

Probably the changelog entry should mention the change in category (Office -> Utility), which I am not sure if that is correct or not.

Also it would be nice to add headers to the patch.

Personally I suspect that the whole Ubuntu delta is needed at all. But since I never done any work on KDE packages, I cannot say for sure.
