Okay, so nix the ALT-O-M sequence, and now instead just use ALT-O- anything predefined in KDE keyboard shortcuts.

Eg. from the LiveCD, do this: (Left)ALT-O-F5 (keep the ALT key down throughout the sequence).

Crash!
