Comment 3 for bug 277240

Have experienced the same problem throughout entire Intrepid development cycle. This includes a bare-metal reinstall when the beta was released.

Will try the workaround suggested by vvlist on 2008-10-02. Will file a further comment if it does *_not_* work.
