I think this Bug is directly connected to Bug #214914 ("jockey-gtk crashed with AttributeError in enabled()"). I had both of them! The first (this one) occurs when I try to change visual effects and the second one, when I try to open "Hardware Driver" dialog (third-party configuration).

I have a ATI Radeon Xpress 1100.
