This looks fine in general. One thing in the packaging looks strange, though: The .deb ships two .glade files, but does not depend on libglade. Also, libglade is obsolete in favor of GtkBuilder, so I'm a bit reluctant of approving obsolete APIs into main (although I would not reject it for lucid just for this, since the package looks highly useful to Vietnamese users).
