Cheap temporary fix.

gksudo gedit /etc/init.d/hotkey-setup

Edit (Substitute it for your manufacturers name):

Dell*)
. /usr/share/hotkey-setup/dell.hk
;;

to:

Dell*)
;;

then do:

sudo apt-get -f install
