I should correct: "I tried changing the name of the problem package, but it keeps going back to haskell-x11".

I see the same error on the Debian site:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=465230

The fix is upgrading the package as seen in the last comment.
